Bradley A. Pistotnik
Mr. Pistotnik graduated from the University Of Kansas School Of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1981. He is licensed to practice in Kansas and Oklahoma State Courts. He is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court in Kansas. Mr. Pistotnik is a member of the Board of Governors of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is additionally a member of the following associations: American Trial Lawyer's Association, Kansas Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and Wichita Bar Association. He has authored articles on the law in the area of tractor-trailer accidents and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations of the Department of Transportation. Mr. Pistotnik has been a speaker at seminars for the Kansas Bar Association in the area of tractor-trailer accidents. Brian graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1987. He was Editor of the Law Review at the School of Law. Brian is a member of the following associations: Kansas Bar Association, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and Wichita Bar Association. He is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the District of Kansas. Brian is an accomplished trial lawyer and handles trucking accident litigation, vehicular accident litigation, medical malpractice litigation and workers' compensation.

Tamara Pistotnik Collins
Tamara received her Juris Doctor in 1986 from O.W. Coburn School of Law at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association; American Association for Justice, formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association; Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, where she is currently on the Board of Governors. She was Parliamentarian in the year 2000 for the KTLA. She is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, and the Wichita Women's Attorney's Association, as well as the American Bar Association. She received her undergraduate degree at Wichita State University. She has served as a Pro-tem Judge for the City of Haysville. Tamara is engaged in the private practice of law with emphasis in personal injury and workers' compensation. She has extensive litigation experience in workers compensation.
